Return Policy
We offer a 100-day Money-Back guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it—no questions asked. We understand that you may need some time to decide on your purchase. Please ensure that your return meets the following conditions:

- Return Period – You can return your items within 100 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this timeframe will not be accepted.
- Product Condition – Items must be in their original condition. Lightly used products may be eligible for partial refunds or store credit, while heavily used, nearly empty, or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Packaging – Products should be returned in undamaged packaging (ideally in the original shipping box) to ensure they remain protected during transit.
- Gifts with Purchase – If your order included a free promotional gift, it must be returned along with your order. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@skynethic.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer you a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund.
Return Shipping & Instructions
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
